General
Purchases can be exchanged or returned if they do not meet the wishes of the customer. DALILA uses a return period of 14 days. The condition is that the customer can provide proof of purchase and that the items are undamaged and not used / worn. The articles must be provided with all original labels and must be properly packaged. For online purchases, returns are only possible with a fully completed return form. You received this with your order.

Returns or Exchanges by mail
Online purchases can only be returned with a completed return form. The customer packs the items to be returned preferably in the original shipping box and uses the return address stated on the return form. Return address: DALILA Online, Saraburgerhartstraat 60, 1055KN Amsterdam. Upon receipt, DALILA inspects all returned items. DALILA is entitled to refuse items and to return them if they appear to have been worn, damaged or whose original labels have been removed. As soon as DALILA has processed the returns and all conditions for exchange and return have been met, the invoice amount will be refunded to the customer’s account or credit card within 14 days.

Shipment
DALILA is not responsible for problems that occur during the return of items. For example (but not exclusively): goods that are damaged during shipment or are delivered incorrectly. DALILA therefore recommends the use of a shipper who insures the value of the returned items and gives the customer proof of shipment. The costs of the return shipment are for the account of the customer and are not reimbursed by DALILA.

General
At DALILA we try to make every order go as smoothly as possible. We do everything we can to keep our customers happy every day. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with something, you can submit a complaint to us. This can be done by e-mail or telephone via the contact details below. If you submit a complaint by e-mail, we will try to answer it within 24 hours. Of course it is also possible to make a complaint in our store.

With a complaint we always look at the legal guarantee that applies to the complaint that you have submitted. This means that the article must do what you can reasonably expect from the article. In addition, you are only entitled to a warranty with a well-founded complaint. A complaint will not be processed if it is caused by:

– Damage due to intent or negligence
– Incorrect use or negligent maintenance
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage due to non-observance or incorrect observance of the operating instructions

After you have submitted a complaint to us, we will assess it together with the manufacturer. If your complaint is well-founded, we will replace the product within the warranty period.

Discount (codes) will only be available via our official website and can only be applied within the indicated time.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as: Terms and Conditions) govern all contracts,
deliveries and other services agreed between the customer and DALILA BV (hereinafter referred to as: DALILA).

1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the general terms and conditions.

1.3 DALILA reserves the right to make changes to any part of the website at its own discretion. DALILA can change these conditions based on its policy for updating and improving the website.

 2. Enter into a contract

2.1 A contract is only concluded when the payment has been successfully completed. DALILA has the right to refuse a delivery or to subject it to special conditions, without giving reasons. If DALILA is unable to clearly establish the permanent or temporary address of the customer, an order cannot be accepted. DALILA confirms the customer’s order by e-mail.

2.2 Order processing that has been technically or otherwise interrupted for any reason before the payment instructions are completed, are incomplete even if the customer has received an order confirmation. Such an order is therefore in principle not delivered. However, DALILA will attempt to contact the customer to complete the payment instructions so that delivery can take place.

2.3 Only persons of 18 years and older with a fixed home address can place an order in the DALILA Webshop.

3. Prices and costs

3.1 The contract price is the current price at the time an order is placed in the DALILA Webshop. The prices of items are stated including 21% VAT.

3.2 The prices stated in the DALILA Webshop are exclusive of delivery and administration costs.

3.3 DALILA is not bound by the conditions of its quotation if there is a printing, typing or programming error on the website.

 4. Execution of orders

4.1 DALILA will process the orders of items with the utmost care.

4.2 Articles are delivered to the address specified by the customer in the DALILA Webshop.

4.3 DALILA will send accepted orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were received.

4.4 The delivery time stated in the DALILA Webshop is only approximate, and there is no right to compensation if the actual delivery takes longer.

 5. Right to return items

5.1 The customer has the right to return an item (underwear and socks excluded) to DALILA within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. The consequence of this is that the purchase of that item is canceled and the customer gets back the amount that he has already paid DALILA for the items. We inform the customer that DALILA does not reimburse the shipping costs for the returned items.

5.2 The customer can also return or exchange an item in a DALILA. It is not possible to get a cash refund for items that are returned to the store. After receiving and checking the articles by DALILA, the amount to be reimbursed will be refunded to the customer’s account within 14 days.

5.3 Items returned to DALILA after the aforementioned 14-day period will not be reimbursed.

5.4 Items must be returned with all labels (note that the Return label may not have been removed).

5.5 Items returned must be in the condition generally accepted for approval of the items for normal use, such as fitting items in conventional stores. If a customer wishes to exercise such a right to return an item, the item must be returned to DALILA together with everything that was originally supplied with the item, in its original condition and packaging.

5.6 DALILA has the right to refuse a returned item or to send it back to the customer if the item appears to have been used, is not provided with the original labels, or shows damage caused by the customer, or if the customer has not committed himself to the instructions for returning the item as given by DALILA.

 6. Incorrect delivery

If DALILA delivers an item that does not correspond to the item that was ordered, or if the item is damaged or has defects, the customer must inform DALILA of this as soon as possible by e-mail. DALILA will reimburse the purchase price plus any delivery costs.

7. Force majeure

7.1 DALILA is not responsible vis-à-vis the customer and does not commit any breach of contract due to a delay in the execution or omission of one of its obligations with regard to items arising from a cause that falls outside the reasonable control of DALILA.

7.2 If DALILA is unable to perform its obligations under the contract due to a cause beyond its reasonable control, DALILA will notify the customer in writing as soon as practicable about this fact after it has been discovered.

7.3 If the inability to fulfill its obligations under the contract due to a cause that falls outside the reasonable control of DALILA, continues two months after the customer receives a message, the customer or DALILA may cancel the contract in writing without being liable. are opposite to the other.

8. Complaints

8.1 If a customer wants to exchange or return an item, he must follow the instructions on the Customer Service page of our website.

8.3 The e-mail message must state the name of the customer, the e-mail address that corresponds to that in the administration of DALILA, and the article number.

9. Payment

9.1 The customer can pay with  iDeal and Klarna.

9.2 All payments must be in accordance with the instructions stated on the pages of the DALILA Webshop.

10. Privacy

10.1 By placing an order, the customer grants DALILA the right to use his personal data where necessary. This data is only stored to the extent that this is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is obtained and processed by DALILA, ie the performance of the contract, for marketing purposes and for maintaining contact with the customer.

 11. Deviations

DALILA cannot guarantee that the colors of the articles are exactly the same as the colors that can be seen on the customer’s computer screen. This can be caused by the display settings on the customer’s computer.
